We can either service your locks on-site or in one of our Service Centres.
- On-site Lock Repairs and Services
When you need your locks serviced or repaired it is as simple as ringing 131 KEY(539). Our Call Centre will discuss with you your requirements and when would be the best time for our Service Technician to visit. We understand that service is about you, not you fitting in with our schedule.
Wherever possible our Call Centre operator will provide an estimate of the cost of the service to give you peace of mind.
Our Service Technician as soon as he arrives will, after inspecting the problem, confirm the cost to ensure there are no unforseen surprises.
In addition we offer a ‘one hour’ guaranteed response for those emergency situations, or the first 15 minutes are free.
- Workshop Repairs and Service
Often it is more convenient and cost effective to bring your locks to one of our Service Centres for repair or service. Our workshop technicians will advise the cost and when the repairs will be completed.
We carry an extensive range of spare parts for all the major locks manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring the repair can be done as quickly as possible.
Our Workshop technicians are all qualified locksmiths and are of the highest skills in the industry.
